Air freight — from 12 days, sea freight — up to 60 days (depending on route and container loading). Your manager will confirm the exact timeline after preparing a quote.
What is consolidation at the warehouse in China?+−
We combine goods from different suppliers into a single shipment, verify quantity and condition, and take photos before packing — helping you save on logistics costs.
Do you assist with customs clearance?+−
Yes. We support preparation of import documentation and provide guidance at every stage of customs clearance.
Can the shipping price be fixed?+−
After preparing a quote, we agree on a fixed price for TF Cargo services. Additional costs on the supplier side are discussed separately.
Do you provide product photos before shipment?+−
Yes, upon request or as part of our standard service — we send photos of goods at our warehouse in China before shipment to Ukraine.
What types of cargo do you transport?+−
We work with most product categories: electronics, spare parts, apparel, equipment, and marketplace goods. Hazardous and prohibited categories — subject to prior approval.
