1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the use of tfcargo.com.ua and requests for TF Cargo services.

By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

2. TF Cargo services

TF Cargo provides services for organizing freight delivery from China and other Asian countries to Ukraine, including air and sea transport, warehouse consolidation, customs clearance support, and logistics consulting.

Information on the website (rates, timelines, service descriptions) is provided for reference only. Final delivery terms, cost, and timelines are agreed individually with your account manager.

3. Ordering procedure

To order a service, the client:

• submits a request on the website, calls, or writes via messenger;
• provides information about the cargo, route, and desired timeline;
• receives a quote and agrees on cooperation terms;
• enters into a contract or confirms the order in a manner agreed with the account manager.

4. Pricing and payment

The cost of services is determined individually depending on cargo type, route, weight, volume, and additional services. Estimated rates on the website do not constitute a public offer.

Payment terms and schedule, settlement currency, and possible additional costs (customs duties, insurance, etc.) are agreed before order fulfillment begins.

5. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

• provide accurate information about the cargo and contact details;
• timely provide documents required for transport and customs clearance;
• comply with legal requirements regarding import of goods.

6. TF Cargo obligations

The Company undertakes to:

• provide services in accordance with agreed terms;
• inform the client about key delivery stages;
• maintain confidentiality of information received from the client.

7. Limitation of liability

TF Cargo is not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events), or for inaccuracies in information provided by the client.

The Company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant order, unless otherwise provided by contract or law.

8. Intellectual property

All website materials (texts, logo, design, images) belong to TF Cargo or are used on lawful grounds. Copying and use without written consent is prohibited.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms. A new version takes effect upon publication on the website, unless otherwise stated separately.

10. Applicable law and contacts

The laws of Ukraine apply to the relationship between the parties. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in the manner prescribed by applicable law.
